These Terms of Use apply to the application “Data Display” and related services provided by Masaki App Laboratory (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using this application (“Data Display”) and related services. By using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This application offers auto-renewable subscription services.

* Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID.
* Subscriptions renew automatically.
* You can cancel at any time through your device settings.
* Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple.
* We are not responsible for any matters related to subscriptions.
* Subscription duration and pricing are displayed within the application.

This application provides the following features:

* Weather information (Apple Weather)
* Location services (GPS)
* Music features (Apple Music integration)

These features depend on third-party services, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or availability.

Users must not:

* Redistribute, transfer, or commercially use any data
* Engage in unauthorized use or excessive load on the service
* Use the application in violation of laws or in a manner that compromises safety

Please note the following when using the application:

* Use while driving or operating vehicles may be prohibited by law
* Avoid using the device in high-temperature environments
* Data usage may increase depending on features used
* Functionality may be limited depending on device conditions
